Refund policy
Shipping & Delivery Time:
Standard shipping across Egypt is 10 business days. Depending on item availability, we may deliver the item earlier. We provide free shipping on all orders.
Our sales team will contact you to confirm the order details, and will inform you once your order ships and will keep you updated to coordinate delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
We provide 15-days refund policy on all items. The following conditions are mandatory to process refund.
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- the item is complete and no part of the item is missing
If you have an issue with the item such as: wrong size, minor fixes, we can return the item and fix it for you at no extra cost.
If it can’t be fixed, you’re entitled to a refund—as long as you’re within the 15-day window and meet all return conditions.
After 15 days, refunds are not available, but we can assist you in reselling the item, pending inspection and approval.
